The website presents building materials, sanitary ware, tiles, architectural finishes and project-supply services. It is primarily a catalogue and enquiry platform, not a conventional online checkout store. Adding products to a project list or submitting a request does not create a binding order.
Quotations and orders
Prices, availability, specifications, quantities, lead times, delivery charges and payment terms are confirmed in a written quotation. An order becomes binding only after Venius Resources accepts it and any stated deposit or payment requirement has been met. Quotations remain valid only for the period stated on them.

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, dimensions and finishes accurate. Images may differ slightly from supplied products because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches or supplier updates. Customers should confirm critical specifications, measurements and suitability before approving an order.
Availability and substitutions
Products are subject to availability. Where an item is unavailable or discontinued, we may propose a suitable alternative, but no substitution will be supplied without the customer’s approval.
Delivery and inspection
